ADD / ADHD

Participant Age: Adults (18+ years old)
Length: Twelve Weeks (12 sessions)
Location/Day/Time/Instructor: Virtual; Mondays 4-5:15pm or 5:30-6:45pm; led by Selene MacKinnon, PsyD
Tuition: $75 per session. Insurance may reduce this amount.
Required Materials: $10 for provided worksheets
Accepting Evaluations: Yes

Do you become distracted easily, have difficulty just sitting still, or constantly feel disorganized? Whatever symptoms you struggle with, ADD/ADHD can cause significant problems in many areas of adult life, including work, college, relationships, parenthood, and money management. Fortunately, there are effective treatment strategies based on our improved scientific understanding of adult ADD/ADHD. This group will help you learn techniques to be better organized, improve attention on tasks, decrease procrastination, make thoughtful decisions (rather than impulsive decisions), and improve following through with plans and appointments.
