Rayel Smith, LPC

Rayel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in treating adolescents, young adults, and adults. She believes therapy starts with meeting you where you are at physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually in your life. She utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach which means she supports you to identify and use your strengths to learn, grow, and empower yourself to be whoever you want to be. She will work with you to explore your internal and external world within your past, present, and future through psychoeducation and a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities.
